Graham and Beth write about their gardening experiences at the allotment and then on to what they do in the kitchen with the stuff they have grown.... literally from seed to plate!
This year is about the 3rd year we've been able to pick asparagus, and it is definitely the best year to date. We've had a good number of full portions - even thought about serving it at a dinner party!
Written by Beth and Graham White, our plot is in Alton, in Hampshire. Beth steers us in the right direction, deciding what and when to plant. Graham helps out with some of the major digging and building. In the kitchen, it tends to be Graham leading the way with Beth helping out.
