Today, the reserve gardener had a brilliant session at the allotment, preparing beds, cutting grass, and planting out the first batch of broadbeans.

Written by Beth and Graham White, our plot is in Alton, in Hampshire. Beth steers us in the right direction, deciding what and when to plant. Graham helps out with some of the major digging and building. In the kitchen, it tends to be Graham leading the way with Beth helping out.
